Earth source for 300mm² cable.

The Powersafe SLS0025 is the green Earth source connector for 300mm² copper cable, the largest size in the Powersafe line range. An 800A series, Powerlock-compatible connector, it puts a crimped male contact and a keyed, locking coupling on the earth's supply end.

Earthing the Biggest Leads

Partnered with an Earth drain
The SLS0025 is the source half of an earth connection. Its Earth key matches a Powersafe Earth drain, whether that is the 300mm² line drain SLD0025 on an adjoining lead or an Earth panel drain, and blocks any phase or neutral connector.

Measure the cable first
This connector is supplied with an M40B gland that clamps 22–32mm. 300mm² cables vary in overall diameter, so confirm yours falls inside that range; the gland has to close on the cable to give strain relief and a seal.

Why the source is shrouded
In a Powersafe connection the source normally carries the live side, with the drain receiving. The male contact is therefore recessed and IP2X finger-proof while uncoupled. When mated, the connection is IP67 rated and a secondary lock holds it until released with a key.

Intended for copper conductors only. Have qualified electricians carry out the installation, inspection and maintenance, as Phase 3 requires, in keeping with local and national electrical codes. Phase 3 also recommends a tensile test of the completed crimp.
