Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes products need to be returned and we try to accomodate as best we can. Please check your order as soon as it arrives and read our policy on various returns below.

  • I purcahsed the wrong item?
    • Simply return your item to us within 30 days of receipt and we can arrange for the correct item to be sent in its place. If the replacement product price is different, we will make the necessary adjustments. Postage fees will apply as normal for the sending the replacement purchase.
       
  • I changed my mind and no longer want this product?
    • We understand that this sometimes happens. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt at your own expense. We will refund the product cost minus a 15% restocking fee.
       
  • I was sent the incorrect item, what do I do?
    • Despite our best efforts to prevent errors, occasionally a mistake can occur. Raise this with us via your account or email us straight away. You will be issued with a pre-paid return label and we will replace your item with the correct product.
