The Powersafe SPS0010 is the Line 2 source made for panel mounting. White and L2 keyed, this Powerlock-compatible T5 connector carries a 500A rating, holds its male contact inside a female insulator, and is cabled by lug to an M12 threaded post.

Second Phase, Source Side

A dedicated L2 outlet
Only a Powersafe Line 2 line drain will mate with the SPS0010; the L2 key turns away drains for Earth, Neutral and the other phases. White picks out Line 2 on the panel. A bayonet action joins the two, and secondary locking stops the drain coming away until the release key is used.

Why the gender matters
Sources in the Powersafe range normally form the live end of a connection, with drains on the receiving side. The SPS0010 has IP2X finger-proof protection against electric shock when unmated and reaches IP67 when mated. Short circuit rating for the range is up to 35.5kA.

Mounting it

• Four holes through the flange take the panel fixings
