The SBR190 is a switch disconnector, not a circuit breaker – its job is to positively disconnect a circuit for maintenance and safe working, with the red toggle giving a clear on/off indication at the board. Rated for AC22A duty at 100A, it handles switching of mixed resistive and inductive loads and is built for the manual make-and-break a load-break isolator needs, backed by a 1.69kA making capacity and 1.2kA short-time withstand.

Big current, single module.
Despite its 100A rating, the SBR190 takes just one DIN module (17.5mm wide, 83mm high, 68mm deep) on standard 35mm rail, so it fits a single pole space in the switchboard. Its terminals are sized for the heavy cable a 100A feed runs – rigid conductors up to 50mm² and flexible up to 35mm² – tightened to 3.6Nm, and it carries a 6kV rated impulse withstand voltage with IP20 protection.

The SBR190 operates from -20°C to 70°C, covering the full range of meter boxes, plant rooms and outdoor-rated enclosures across Australian conditions, and mounts on standard 35mm DIN rail alongside your protection. Optional Hager accessories include the MZN175 padlockable locking kit for lock-off during isolation, MZN121 inter-pole barriers, MZN120 terminal shield and the ESC080 auxiliary contact.
