Description
25 A 1P+N safety switch, two module.
The Hager ADA925T combines MCB and RCD protection for a 25 A final circuit, switching both active and neutral in a robust 2 module (35 mm) device. It brings full 1P+N protection to single-phase power circuits, with a built-in RCD test button and non-polarity-sensitive terminals.

Two-Module 1P+N Protection
The ADA925T switches and protects both the active and the neutral conductor in a full-size 2 module (35 mm) body, height 83 mm and depth 68 mm. The wider format gives generous terminal access and takes rigid conductors up to 25 mm², matching the cable sizes a 25 A circuit typically runs. A built-in test button lets the installer verify the RCD function, and the unit resets easily once a fault is cleared.
Non-Polarity-Sensitive Terminals
The line and load terminals are non-polarity-sensitive, so the device operates regardless of which way the supply is connected. When replacing an RCBO from another brand you can reuse the existing wiring rather than swapping active and neutral, which cuts fault-finding and install time on site. A bypass bottom connection also supports insulated busbar wiring across a bank of devices.
25 A for Larger Final Circuits
The 25 A C curve rating suits higher-current final subcircuits: larger socket circuits, mixed power loads and dedicated appliance feeds on single-phase supplies. The C curve tolerates the ordinary inrush of everyday equipment while tripping promptly on a genuine overload or short circuit.
Type A and Australian Conditions
As a Type A RCBO the ADA925T detects both sinusoidal AC and pulsating DC earth leakage, tripping at 30 mA. Rated operational voltage is 230 - 240 V, matching the Australian supply. Hager publishes a full derating curve: 25 A at 30 °C ambient, 24.50 A at 40 °C and 23.50 A at 60 °C, plus side-by-side correction factors when devices are grouped (0.95 for three units, 0.90 for four to five). Operating range -25 to 40 °C, rated to 2000 m altitude.
Q: Is the Hager ADA925T single pole or double pole?
A: It is a 1 pole plus neutral (1P+N) device that switches and protects both the active and neutral conductors. It occupies 2 modules (35 mm) of DIN rail. The single-module equivalent is the Hager ADC925T.
Q: Do I need to match polarity when wiring the ADA925T?
A: No. The line and load terminals are non-polarity-sensitive, so the device works regardless of supply orientation, and in most cases existing wiring can be reused when replacing another brand.
Q: Does the ADA925T have a test button?
A: Yes. It has an inbuilt test switch to verify the residual current function, and resets easily once the fault is rectified. As a Type A device it trips at 30 mA residual current.
