Why the Stargem III SES7080 Works Harder Than a Single-Head Floodlight

Most exterior security floodlights flood one zone from one point. The SES7080/2TC/BK lets you aim two independent 100° optical heads in completely different directions — so one fitting on the garage wall can point one head at the driveway and the other at the side passage. One electrical drop, two coverage zones, no second fitting and no second cable run. The integral PIR sensor activates both heads simultaneously when motion is detected within a 120-degree arc up to 12 metres away (at 2.5m mounting height). The built-in photocell ensures the sensor only activates after dark, keeping the fitting off during daylight hours regardless of movement.

Three on-fitting dials give the installer full control at the fitting: TIME sets the on-duration after motion stops (10 seconds to 4 minutes); SENS adjusts detection sensitivity; and LUX sets the ambient-light threshold at which the photocell allows the PIR to operate. Manual override is built in — a double flick of the wall switch within six seconds holds the lights on continuously, ideal for moving furniture, outdoor entertaining, or working in the yard at night. To return to automatic mode, switch off, wait ten seconds, switch back on.
