Warranty - General Trade Supplies

Scope:

General Trade Supplies provides product warranties for Tesla Electrical Components, Tuff Stuff and a variety of other brands.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Prepare the following:
   • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
   • Clear description of the fault, including:
     • Date of installation.
     • Nature of the issue (e.g., no continuity, cracking, mechanical failure).
   • Photographs of the faulty product (if available).
2. Initiate the Claim with GTS:
   • Contact GTS Customer Service at 1300 287 487 or sales@gtsonline.com.au to lodge the claim.
   • Provide all collected information to speed up the assessment.
