The Tesla TMCB3P25D is a 25 amp, three-pole D-curve miniature circuit breaker built for circuits with high inductive inrush. With a 6kA breaking capacity and D-curve tripping characteristic, it protects against overload and short circuit while tolerating the momentary surge that motors and transformers draw at start-up.

Why it Matters

Built for inductive loads
D-curve breakers trip between 10 and 20 times rated current, so they ride through the brief high-current surge when a motor spins up instead of nuisance-tripping. That makes the TMCB3P25D suited to circuits feeding motors, transformers and similar equipment where a standard C-curve device would trip on inrush.

Three-pole switching
All three phases are switched together, giving full isolation of a three-phase circuit from a single toggle. The 6kA breaking capacity handles the fault levels found in commercial and light industrial distribution boards.

Standards and build
Manufactured to IEC/EN 60898 with a bi-metal thermal element for overload and a magnetic element for short-circuit protection. The pillar terminals clamp rigid conductors up to 25mm² for a secure connection on the DIN rail.
