Two independent circuits switched from one vertical large dolly format plate. The vertical format presents the large dolly rockers stacked top to bottom in a taller, narrower plate orientation — suited to narrow wall locations where the standard horizontal format does not fit. The SW2/VLDN combines the accessible large dolly format with a vertical plate orientation, giving two switching circuits in a plate that is taller than it is wide. This makes it the right choice for narrow wall sections beside door frames, column faces, pillar positions, and any location where two circuits need to be switched from a vertical profile mounting. The two rockers are stacked one above the other in the vertical plane, each independently controlling its own circuit with the same oversized soft touch large dolly surface used across the rest of the range.

The vertical format of the SW2/VLDN complements the SW1/VLDN (1 gang vertical) for installations where the accessible switching position calls for a vertical plate throughout — maintaining a consistent visual language across all switch positions in the space. All installation and wiring is identical to the horizontal SW2/LDN, with the plate simply oriented vertically rather than horizontally.

An important installation note from the manufacturer: the switch mechanisms in the Tesla Large Dolly range cannot be reconfigured after installation.
