Where the Tesla V2011 External Grille Fits

Every exhaust fan installation requires an external termination point — the grille on the outside of the wall where the extracted air discharges. The Tesla V2011 is the external termination grille for 100mm fan and duct systems. It mounts on the exterior wall surface over the duct outlet opening, providing a neat, weather-resistant finish to the installation and protecting the duct interior from external elements when the fan is not running.

The fixed louvres are angled to allow air to flow outward freely during fan operation while preventing rain from being driven into the duct by wind pressure and stopping insects, birds, and debris from entering the duct when the fan is off. Unlike hinged flap-style dampers which can fail or stick open over time, the fixed louvre design has no moving parts — it is inherently reliable and maintenance-free in the louvre function itself.

The clip-in / clip-out motor housing feature allows the internal fan motor to be accessed from inside the building for maintenance without requiring removal of the external grille — a practical design for installations where external access is difficult. The V2011 is the 100mm size. The V2012 (125mm cutout) and V2013 (145mm cutout) are available for larger fan and duct sizes.
