The Clipsal C2036VH-WE is a genuine Classic Series 6 gang grid plate and cover in White Electric. The grid plate and cover are supplied together; the switch mechanisms are chosen separately, so you can build the exact combination of switches, dimmers, or data points the position calls for. Compatible Clipsal 30 Series mechanisms are sold separately.

A grid plate and cover is the starting point of a custom switch position – six gang apertures that take whichever 30 Series mechanisms the job requires, built for large switch banks that control multiple lights, fans, dimmers and circuits from a single plate. Because the mechanisms are chosen and purchased separately, this plate ships without them – you add exactly what each position needs.

One Plate, Both Orientations
The VH in the part number means vertical or horizontal. The plate can be rotated 90 degrees on installation, so the same part suits either mounting direction and simplifies replacing plates across a mixed installation.

As a genuine Clipsal part in gloss White Electric, the plate matches the rest of the Classic range on the wall, and the clip-on cover lifts off for painting and clips back on for a clean, screw-free face. Any standard Clipsal 30 Series mechanism fits, including switches, PB and PBL push buttons, dimmers, TV, data, telephone, time-delay and ceiling fan mechanisms – and you can mix different mechanism types across the six gangs.

Can I mount it vertically or horizontally?
Both. The C2036VH is reversible and can be rotated to suit either vertical or horizontal mounting, so one part covers both orientations.
