The Rylec SG25C is a 25mm PVC straight gland for terminating 25mm corrugated electrical conduit into a switchboard, enclosure, junction box, or other electrical enclosure with a knockout entry. The gland screws into the 25mm knockout hole in the enclosure wall; the corrugated conduit clips into the gland at the other end. Locking nut supplied for securing the gland from inside the enclosure. Grey PVC. Sold individually.

Where the Rylec SG25C Corrugated Conduit Gland is Used

The SG25C is the 25mm version of the Rylec straight corrugated conduit gland — used wherever a 25mm corrugated conduit run terminates into an electrical enclosure. The 25mm conduit size is used for heavier cable runs, multiple cable bundles, and larger data or power cable installations where the 20mm conduit bore is insufficient. Common applications include switchboard entries where multiple TPS circuits enter together, data cabinet wall entries, and commercial electrical installations where larger cable volumes require a larger conduit size.

The straight gland screws into the 25mm knockout hole from the outside — the gland body passes through the knockout and the locknut threads onto the gland body from inside the enclosure, clamping the gland securely against the enclosure wall. The corrugated conduit is then pushed onto the gland until it clips into the retention ribs, providing a secure, pull-resistant connection between the conduit and the enclosure entry.
