The 25m Roll — More Conduit, Fewer Joins

The CC2025C carries the same specification as the CC2010C — 20mm nominal diameter, medium duty, UV stabilised grey PVC, AS/NZS 61386 compliant — in a 25 metre coil. The larger roll suits jobs where a single 10m coil falls short: longer cable protection runs along external walls or in roof spaces, air conditioning installations where the refrigerant and electrical cable run requires more than 10 metres of conduit, and any application where minimising joins in the conduit run is preferred for a cleaner installation.

Corrugated flexible conduit provides mechanical protection and a clean routing path for cables where rigid conduit is impractical — bending around obstacles, running through tight ceiling spaces, and accommodating the flexible connection at equipment. The corrugated wall profile flexes without kinking and provides sufficient crush resistance for the medium duty classification. The UV stabilised PVC resists degradation in sun-exposed locations above ground.

Compatible 20mm corrugated conduit accessories available separately include the CA20C clip adapter (for joining conduit to standard conduit fittings and entries), the SG20C screwed adapter gland (for conduit entry into enclosures and junction boxes), and FS20C/FS20 full saddles for wall mounting.
