Keeps protection devices weatherproof

Circuit breakers and RCDs are not weatherproof on their own. The CBC4PN encloses them in an IP66-rated cover, sealing out dust and water so the protective device can be mounted outdoors or in wet and dusty areas. Without a cover like this, an exposed MCB or RCD is vulnerable to moisture ingress, corrosion of the contacts and nuisance tripping. The CBC4PN keeps the device dry and clean, extending its working life and keeping the protection reliable in exposed locations.
