About Closed End Crimp Connectors

A closed end crimp connector (also called a splice cap, end cap connector, or pig-tail connector) is a small insulated crimp sleeve that is closed at one end — conductors are inserted into the open end and crimped to make a secure mechanical and electrical joint.
