The Electrotraders shopping experience is designed to be quick and easy

The Basics
Selecting products
- Use the power menu at the top of the page to narrow down what you are looking for or use the search function.
- You can quickly add a product to your cart without having to view its detail, or open up the product to read more detailed information on its page.
- Select product by clicking ADD TO CART
- When finished checkout by clicking CHECKOUT NOW from the pop up that appears after product selection, or you can use the shopping trolley icon on the top right hand corner of the website
Checking out
- From the check out screen you can add or delete products, change quantity or even create a quote that you can access later if you do not want to complete the order just yet.
- Once happy with your selection click CHECK OUT NOW
- Type in your delivery details (Step 1) and select any special freight options/instructions (Step 2)
- Select a payment method from the drop down box (Step 3) We Accept PayPal (Which includes a Pay with Card Option), VISA, MASTERCARD,AMERICAN EXPRESS or Bank Transfer*
- Click CONFIRM AND PROCESS ORDER to finish
*Orders paid for by Bank Transfer Option will be processed once the payment has cleared our Account.
What happens next
- We will send you an email confirmation with your order/invoice attached upon payment.
- Orders paid for by Bank Transfer Option will be processed once the payment has cleared our Account.
- Any Orders that are Quotes/Freight Quotes we will process and get back to you with an updated invoice to pay
- We will send you an email to let you know your order has been dispatched
How does the freight work
Our STANDARD FREIGHT is $11.90. For orders over $100 Freight is FREE
- For Brisbane Metro area we use Australia Post or local couriers and goods will generally arrive the next day.
- For interestate (CBD and Major regional) we use Australia Post or Couriers using the most economically efficient service at our discretion.
- For Regional locations (CBD and Major regional) we use Australia Post or Couriers with orders being despatched on every weekday.
Our URGENT FREIGHT options recognise that sometimes you need things really quickly. These costs are added to your order without any additional markup.
- Express Post - Electrotraders does provide express Post options; please submit a create ORDER QUOTE indicating that you require the shipping expedited. We will provide details of costs provided for express post to your location.
CLICK & COLLECT from our Warehouse - Please note we will contact you via email/SMS to verify that the goods are ready to be collected.
