Electrotraders Returns Policy

Electrotraders accepts returns of purchased items due to incorrect selection or change of mind under the following conditions

• Incorrect Item purchased. Item must be returned with 14 days of receipt at buyers expense for exchange for correct item. A cost adjustment if necessary and new postage fees will apply
   
• Change of mind. Item must be returned within 14 Days of receipt at buyers expense. A full refund minus 15% restocking fee to apply.
   
• Incorrect Item supplied. You will be issued with a pre-paid return label and your item will be replaced with the correct item posted at sellers expense.
